The Journey
Hailing from the rugged, evocative landscapes of Anchorage, Alaska, the musical duo formed by Rayne Keys and Rodolfo Chavez has been crafting deeply resonant stories since 2014. Drawing inspiration from the vast, cinematic beauty of their northern home, they spent their early years honing a signature acoustic indie Americana style characterized by intimate songwriting, rich storytelling, and striking vocal chemistry. In 2016, the duo released their first EP, We Marry in The End. The project displayed raw emotion and stripped-back acoustic arrangements.
A New Sonic Horizon
Never content to stand still, Rayne and Rodolfo are currently shifting gears and expanding their creative boundaries. Embracing a bolder, more layered production style, the band is currently in pre-production of their new album. This upcoming project marks a distinct evolution into alternative territory, seamlessly weaving their foundational Americana roots with expansive, moody soundscapes and a raw modern edge. From the quiet folk of We Marry in The End to a roaring alternative horizon, Rayne & Ro continue to prove that their music is as vast and unpredictable as the Alaskan wilderness.
